Dr. Jill A. Harrington, LCSW, MBA is a compassionate counselor specializing in change, loss, stress/anxiety, and life transitions. With years of experience, she provides transformative counseling to help individuals navigate the complex journey of change. Her clinical approach is integrative, drawing on evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), supportive therapy, insight-oriented work, solution-focused strategies, compassion-focused approaches, and complex grief. This combination allows her to tailor care to each individual’s needs, fostering resilience, adaptation, healing, and meaningful growth.
Dr. Harrington is a solo practitioner who offers individual counseling, small-closed group work, and workshops to support individuals and families. She is also an experienced trainer offering workshops to organizations and groups.
